From emergency response and immediate crisis support to counseling and support groups, the centre offers a variety of services tailored to meet the unique needs of survivors. Tricia Cosgrove, community relations manager, walks us through these services and especially highlights the public education program, a vital part of their mission to foster a safer, more informed community.
