This isn't your grandparent's library, that's for sure. Long gone are the days of heads-down reading in books - though you're still more than welcome to do that - and here are the days of borrowing video games, computers, park passes, and even snowshoes. Yes, snowshoes. The Welland Public Library has more going on than you could possibly imagine. And that's a good thing.
